Alhaji Lateef Bakare is the principal partner at Bakare, Abiola & Co. He was a partner at Delliote, Adetona Isichei & Co., an International Audit Firm. He sits on the board of several blue chip companies including DN Meyer, International Breweries Plc; Nigerlex Plc and Alumaco Nigeria Plc.

Alhaji Bakare has brought his wealth of experience in management and international trade to bear on the growth of Saro AgroSciences Limited.

Prince Adedamola Adegbite, ACA – Director
Prince Adedamola Adegbite, a chartered Accountant, is an accounting graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. With over 10 years industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector, he is presently the Budget and Planning Accountant for Chevron Nigeria Limited.

Alhaji Folajomi F. Sarumi – Director
Alhaji Folajomi Sarumi a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, was the pioneer General Manager at Nascent Universal Computer Services Limited until 1998 before establishing Southgate Technologies Limited as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Alhaji Sarumi is in the board of several companies and he's widely traveled

Rasheed O. Sarumi – Managing Director
An Agric Engineering graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Rasheed Sarumi has had various experience in Crop Protection, banking and food processing before co-founding Saro AgroSciences Limited in 1991.(The then SaroAgrochemicals)

Rasheed Sarumi is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended several Courses on finance and Economics. He is the President of Agrochemical Association of Nigeria
